In Partnership with Neighborhood Property Management
To support the long-term sustainability of the Grant Street Community, we are working in partnership with Neighborhood Property Management (NPM) as part of our 15-year neighborhood strategic plan. Rooted in the historic Hayti District, this partnership reflects a shared commitment to stewarding the neighborhood with care, integrity, and a long-term vision. NPM emerged out of relationship-based work on Grant Street—listening to neighbors, walking alongside families, and recognizing the need for property management that prioritizes people, place, and legacy. Together, this collaboration allows us to care for homes, support long-time residents, and strengthen the overall well-being of the neighborhood in a way that aligns with community values.
Through this partnership, we are building a sustainable funding model that reinvests directly back into the neighborhood. Donations to the effort and a percentage of revenue generated through property management services, will go directly toward home repairs for seniors and long-term residents in our neighborhood—helping ensure they can remain in the homes and community they have helped sustain for generations. This approach allows the work of Grant Street to continue beyond grants alone, creating a model where resources are circulated within the neighborhood itself. By integrating Neighborhood Property Management into our broader vision, we are working toward a future where the neighborhood is not only preserved, but resourced to flourish for generations to come.
